January 2023 - BETOMAX systems GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of the listed INDUS Holding AG, is acquiring 100% of the shares in QUICK Bauprodukte GmbH. At the company's headquarters in Schwerte, QUICK produces and sells standard and special components for bridge construction, civil engineering and tunneling.

"With its broad, highly individualized product portfolio around formwork and reinforcement accessories, QUICK complements our existing product range and offers us new market opportunities, especially in the area of bridge construction," says Gregor Püttmann, Managing Director of BETOMAX systems. The product portfolio of BETOMAX systems, based in Neuss, includes elements and systems for structural concrete and civil engineering with a focus on reinforcement and reverse bending connections.

Andreas von Döllen, former owner and previous sole managing director, will continue to lead the company as managing director. "In my search for a successor solution, it was important to me to maintain QUICK's operational independence - and at the same time to further strengthen the company's competitive position," says Andreas von Döllen.

INDUS Holding AG is strengthening its Infrastructure segment with this complementary acquisition.
